A small collection of photographs taken during the seemingly continual gloom of early 2006.

The pair of EWS class 90s on hire to Crown Point both required exams during early 2006, so EWS provided 90028 (formerly named 'Hertfordshire Railtours') as a temporary replacement while they each went to Wembley. 90028 is seen here on it's first working, at the down end of the 15:30 from Liverpool Street on 26th January and then again a few days later on it's own.

Elsewhere we have the return of the heritage electrics that had spent several months at Norwich, this time they had the company of FM Rail's pet 47 'Myrddin Emrys'.
